Multi-Axis Swiss CNC Turning (Up to 7 Axes)
Complex geometries machined complete in a single setup — turning, milling, drilling, and threading all in one operation.
Multi-Axis Swiss Turning
TXSwiss operates multi-axis Swiss CNC lathes with up to 7 axes of simultaneous motion. These machines combine main and sub-spindle turning with live tooling to produce complex parts complete in a single setup. No secondary operations, no tolerance stack-up, no additional handling — just a finished part off the machine.
The Process
Multi-axis Swiss machines have a main spindle for primary turning operations, a sub-spindle that picks up the part for backworking operations, and multiple live tool positions for milling, cross-drilling, and off-axis features. The guide bushing provides rigid workpiece support while up to 7 axes move simultaneously to create complex geometries in one continuous process.
